The 2020 floor plan features three lobbies, each with two entrances into the expo hall. The distribution bin sponsor of each lobby will receive one bin at each entrance, giving your company and product exposure to all participants entering that lobby! This exclusive sponsorship is only available to three companies, one sponsor per lobby. Reserve your spot today!
Sponsorship Deliverables:
- Two distribution bins are located at each entrance in your choice of one of the three lobbies:
- Bayside B Lobby
- Bayside C Lobby
- Bayside F Lobby
- Show Management or Sponsor can design distribution bin graphic panels
- If Show Management to design, the graphic panels will include your company logo and booth number
- If Sponsor to design, sponsor to submit artwork for the graphic panel by September 16, 2020
- Artwork Details:
- Custom artwork will be on all 5 panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
- Panel A
- Size: 18-7/16”W x 22 1/8”H
- Quantity: 1, double-sided
- Sponsor can design same or different artwork front and back
- Panel B
- Size: 18-7/16”W x 14 1/4”H
- Quantity: 4, single-sided
- C Panels are plexi-glass and cannot be imprinted
- Artwork Details:
- Sponsor to provide 5,000 items to be evenly distributed between two bins
- If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size
- Item must be pre-approved by Show Management
- Bins will be refilled throughout the show day(s) until product supply runs out
- One representative from each sponsoring company may distribute product at one of the two locations from 9am-Noon both expo hall days
