Opportunity: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Supporter Opportunity

To elevate this conversation at Natural Products Expo West, New Hope Network has partnered with (included), a membership collective for BIPOC top executives in CPG, to breakdown the barriers in place for under-represented groups. Is your company ready to join us? This opportunity not only helps to open doors for BIPOC business owners but will give your brand extra exposure at the show and let the natural products audience know that your company stands behind this important initiative.

Supporter Opportunity Inclusions:

• Supporter logo included in the show map ad promoting (included) member brands.*
• Supporter logo prominently featured on graphics in the North Hall directing people to (included) members booths.
• New Hope Network will be creating an impactful J.E.D.I focused education session in partnership with (included).
  • Supporter logo will appear with all promotions of the J.E.D.I education session including but not limited to pre-show marketing, the Natural Products Expo West online agenda, the Show Directory*, and onsite signage.
• Supporter logo will appear with all promotions of the J.E.D.I Community Happy Hour.
  • Marketing pieces include: pre-show marketing, the Natural Products Expo West online agenda, the Show Directory*, and onsite signage.
  • J.E.D.I Community Happy Hour is currently scheduled for Friday, March 10 in the Arena Plaza from 4:00 – 6:00pm.
    • Exact time and location subject to change.
• New Hope Network will be providing a sampling station for (included) member brands to sample at throughout the show, located in the Arena Plaza.
  • Supporter logo featured on signage at the (included) sampling station.

Details:

• 100% of the funds collected for this Supporter Opportunity will be used to offset the hard costs of creating opportunities for (included) brands participating at Natural Products Expo West.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, January 27, 2023.
• Non- exclusive supporter opportunity.
