Opportunity: Door Graphics Sponsorship

Welcome attendees to the show with your eye catching graphics on the ACC lobby doors. This is a great way to grab attendee’s attention, promote your brand and remind them of your booth location. Create and send us your artwork files, and we will take care of the rest!

Inclusions with this promotional opportunity:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor
• (30) Total – 24″W x 36″H door graphics. (15) sets of doors, with two graphics per set of doors.
• Door graphics placed on Hall A/B lobby doors, Hall B/C lobby doors,  Hall C/D lobby doors, or NEW North Hall* lobby doors — based on availability.
• Option to do alternating graphics, limited to two different graphics.

Opportunity details:

• *North Hall Doors: (28) Total – 24″W x 36″H door graphics. (14) sets of doors, with two graphics per set of doors.
• Company provides artwork. Show will produce graphics. Must be approved by Standards.
• Artwork deadline: February 2, 2018.
• Sponsor recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event. Last date to contract: February 2, 2018.
• $25,000 for North Hall Door Graphics: SOLD
• $27,500 for ACC A-D Hall Door Graphics: SOLD
• Non-exclusive sponsorship.
