Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Pre-Show
  • Sponsor logo included on all promotions of your session including, but not limited to pre-show marketing, Natural Products Expo West website, Attendee Brochure* and the official Show Directory Map*.
• On-Site
  • Sponsor logo included on all on-site signage*
  • Onstage recognition and brief speaking opportunity to introduce the State of session.
    • Opportunity limited to (1) 2-minute speaking opportunity per session selected.
    • Speaking opportunity can be live or a video.
  • (1) 6-foot reserved table for Sponsor inside the session room.
  • Lead retrieval scanner and operator provided at room entrance to capture attendee data.
• Post-Show
  • Sponsor to receive scan data post-show for all session attendees.
  • Sessions will be recorded and available on-demand in the Natural Products Expo Virtual platform for onsite and virtual badge holders.

  • The State of Natural Beauty – Thursday, March 6th, 1:00pm – 2:00pm, Grand Ballroom F
• Titles, dates, times, and locations to be determined and may change at any time.
• Conference Manager creates all content and chooses all presenter(s).
  • Session will read “The State of … Sponsored by” followed by Sponsor logo.
• All graphics, samples, claims and content are subject to approval by New Hope Network Standards.
• Storage and restocking labor is not included.
• Sponsor recognition begins once contract is received.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, January 31st, 2025.
