Opportunity: Email Promotion

Promote your company, products and services to registered attendees while they’re already planning their show schedule! This sponsorship offers additional exposure for your company to help drive bodies to your booth.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Your choice of a one-time scheduled SupplySide East email to an audience of 30,000 including pre-registered & potential attendees to promote your company
  • Scheduled emails will contain other relevant show information to help attendees prepare for the show
  • Email deployment limited to two (2) sponsors. Sponsor message will either be exclusive company description in email or one of two descriptions (dependent on sale of 2nd message available per email)
• Company promotion will include:
  • Up to 75-word description from sponsor to promote your company / products / services
  • Headline of message (up to 8 words)
  • Booth number
  • Sponsor logo hyperlinked to URL of sponsor’s choice
• Email metrics will be provided one (1) week post-email send
