Opportunity: First-Time Attendee Reception

All attendees who indicate this is their first time to the show during registration will be invited to attend this exclusive event, where they can meet with various members of the SupplySide Global show management team, industry rock stars and other first-time attendees. As the sponsor, you will have the opportunity to meet and greet with new customers before they even enter the show floor in an intimate and unique setting.

Date/Time: Tuesday, October 28 from 5-7pm

Location: Border Grill at Mandalay Bay*

*Location is subject to change. Any changes will not negate the agreement

Event details:

• Reception will take place the evening before the Expo Hall opens
• Reception will include a hosted bar and hors d’oeuvres inside the event space
• SupplySide show management will scan badges of attendees at check-in

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included on the following:
  • Online registration of first-time attendee reception
    • Paid registration is limited to SupplySide Global first-time attendees only. First-time attendee badge types include: manufacturers, retailers, investors, food service, health practitioners, distributers, business service and non-exhibiting ingredient suppliers
  • Signage promoting the reception within and outside of event space
  • Custom napkins with your 1 or 2-color company logo
• Sponsor may provide literature or promotional items on designated tables within the event space
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size (2 oz. for food and 4 oz. for beverage). Sponsor must complete and submit food & beverage sampling authorization form
• Sponsor may have company representatives welcome attendees at the event
• Sponsor will receive photos from the event within one week post-show
• Sponsor to receive list of pre-registered and scanned attendees with complete contact information within one week post-show
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

Marketing deliverables:

• Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included in the following:
  • Event schedule on the show website 
  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Events and show features page on the show website
  • Email promotions sent to pre-registered & potential attendees including other relevant show information
  • Email reminder to first-time pre-registered attendees on day of the reception
  • Pre-show social media post on SupplySide social channels
  • Push-notification in the mobile app promoting the event
