Floor graphics provide an eye-catching way to reach attendees like having footprints leading to your booth from the entrance of the hall. Create and send us your artwork files, and how you want us to drive traffic to your booth - we will take care of the rest!

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• Sponsor-branded floor graphics:
  • Option to select (100) 12″ x 12″ floor graphics or (50) 24″x 24″ floor graphics.
  • Option to design up to 2 alternating graphics.
  • Option for simple die-cut shapes, for example circles and arrows.
• Sponsor approved route inside your pavilion directing attendees to your booth.
  • Floor graphics placed in aisles at 10-foot intervals leading to Sponsor booth.
  • Show management to recommend route based on historical traffic patterns.

• Sponsor to provide floor graphic artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork Deadline: Friday, August 19, 2022.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from the event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, August 12, 2022.
• Non-exclusive sponsorship opportunity.
