Distinguish your organic company and products at the very popular Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace at Natural Products Expo West. Be the first company that attendees see as they enter with the prime tabletop location with sampling and branding throughout the event!

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• Your Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace.
  • Marketing pieces include: On-site signage, Natural Products Expo West website and Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace page, Show Directory Map*, and advertisements.
• Prime 10’x10′ tabletop location directly outside of the main entrance to the Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace tent to promote Sponsor’s brand and distribute samples to attendees.
  • Tabletop location includes:
    • Electricity, (1) 6′ table, 1 stool, and 1 wastebasket provided.
    • Labor for product delivery and dry storage included.
    • Sponsor may provide branded tablecloth for 6’ table.
    • Sponsor will need to provide pop-up tent/other branded materials if desired.
• 1 large tent banner produced featuring Sponsor logo and the Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace logo placed on the Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace tent.
• 1 welcome sign featuring Sponsor logo and full Fresh Ideas exhibitor listing placed at the entrance of the Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace tent.

Details:

• Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 11:00am – 4:00pm. Location: Big White Tent.
  • Exact time of day and location subject to change.
• Sponsor sampling and branding plan subject to New Hope Network Show Management approval.
  • No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
• Refrigerated/frozen storage and material handling fees/drayage are not included.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, January 28, 2022.
