The Harvest Festival has quickly become one of the highlights of Natural Products Expo East! Associate your brand with this exciting event that features an array of food, festivities and organic fun! Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

  • The Harvest Festival is scheduled to occur in Ballroom B above the Grand Hall on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 from 2:00 – 6:00pm.
    • Exact time of day subject to change.
  • Refrigerated/frozen storage and material handling fees/drayage are not included.
  • No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
  • Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from the event.
    • Last date to contract: Friday, August 13, 2021.
