Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

  • Headshot Lounge with sponsor recognition will be included in emails to pre-registered visitors containing relevant show information 
  • Headshot Lounge and sponsor logo will be promoted on show website within the schedule as a show feature 

On-Site

  • Ad within the Show Guide promoting Headshot Lounge with sponsor logo that is distributed on-site
  • The Lounge will be branded as the “(Your Company Name) Headshot Lounge”
  • Graphics within lounge will include sponsor logo
  • Lounge location will receive a call-out with sponsor logo recognition on the printed expo hall map distributed on-site
  • Sponsor recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting the Headshot Lounge
  • Two (2) Meter boards with sponsor’s custom artwork placed in the Headshot Lounge
    • Artwork Details
      • Size: 38” wide x 84” tall (Bleed: Add .25” on each side)
      • Do not place artwork close to the edge of the Meter Board
      • Artwork must be placed at least 6” up from the bottom to allow for placement in meter board stand
      • Please continue background color to the bottom of the meter board
  • Headshot Lounge promoted as a show feature within the mobile app
  • Lounge will be located in the Bayside Foyer and open during expo hall hours
    • Lounge includes:
      • 65″ parabolic umbrella for lighting
      • A crew of three professionals: a photographer, a stylist and a digital tech
      • Instant digital delivery of headshot images
      • Custom lead capture of visitors who have their photograph taken
      • One (1) photo backdrop
      • Social sharing kiosk with a touch-screen monitor
      • Monitor within lounge that shows headshot photos live as they are taken

Post-Show

  • Sponsor to receive leads captured of those who had a headshot taken
