Opportunity: Headshot Lounge

• Headshot Lounge includes:
  • One (1) photographer & all necessary equipment
  • One (1) photo backdrop
    • Your choice of white, black, gray, or light gray
  • iPad kiosk for instant digital delivery of headshot images with your custom branded wrap
  • One representative from sponsoring company may be at the lounge promoting your brand
  • Optional: watermark with your company logo included on headshots for company personnel
• One single-sided ½ meter board in the lounge with your custom artwork
• Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included on the following:
  • Signage within the Headshot Lounge
  • Digital kiosk ad promoting the Headshot Lounge located in high-traffic areas of the show
    • Digital kiosk includes other SupplySide promotional rotating ads
• Sponsor has the opportunity to provide literature or promotional items to be distributed at the Headshot Lounge
  • Sponsor is responsible for bringing the product, set-up/removal and any shipping and/or material handling fees
  • If the product is food or beverage it must be single-serve and approved sample size
  • Item must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
• Leads of those who participated in the Headshot Lounge within two weeks post-show

Marketing deliverables:

• Program promotion with underwriter logo recognition included in the following:
  • Event schedule on the show website
  • Event schedule in the mobile app
  • Email promotions sent to pre-registered and potential show participants including other relevant show information 
  • Daily schedule emails during the show including other relevant show information
