Interested in a thought leadership opportunity that leverages New Hope Network’s print, digital and event portfolio? Hosted Education Sessions are collaborative, in-person education sessions that combine a New Hope Network co-branded content marketing campaign with an on-site Natural Products Expo education event. These opportunities leverage New Hope insights and expertise for the on-site event, including curating the speakers and developing session content in partnership with New Hope experts. Complementary co-branded content is created in collaboration with our content experts. The program’s digital and print content will reinforce our partner’s thought leadership around designated themes brought to life through the on-site event experience. The HES program also includes a robust marketing effort that drives event awareness and attendance. Show-related marketing promotions include a two-touch email campaign, social media marketing support, and marketing through our print and digital publications.

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

  • Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
  • Pre-Show
    • New Hope Network content team to design a custom digital content program culminating in an onsite hosted education session.
      • Digital programs include assets such as co-branded eGuides, interactive infographics, webinars, custom websites, videos and pre-show email marketing campaigns.
      • Print components such as printed inserts in Natural Foods Merchandiser may also be included.
      • Specific assets are determined in collaboration with partner.
    • Session title and sponsor logo to be included in pre-show and onsite Natural Products Expo West marketing materials including online schedule, the Attendee Brochure*, Show Directory Map*, and mobile app.
    • Session marketing to be co-branded with Sponsor and New Hope Network.
    • Sponsor and New Hope Network content team to choose presenters, design programming, and create content collaboratively for a 90-minute education session at Natural Products Expo West.
      • Presenters must be approved by New Hope Network content team to preserve the integrity of the session marketed as “free-to-attend” to all NPEW badge holders.
  • On-Site
    • Hosted Education Session to be moderated by New Hope Network; panel curated collaboratively.
    • Room provided for session includes seating for 250 attendees and is available for 90-minutes of programming with 15 minutes for set-up and tear-down.
    • Session includes standard room set, standard A/V, (1) outreach table for sponsor products and literature, lead retrieval scanner, and (1) entry sign featuring session time, title and Sponsor logo.
      • Standard room set and A/V set includes:
        • Theater style seating for 250.
        • Approximately 12′ x 8′ stage with 1 podium and 6 chairs for speakers.
        • 1 Podium, 1 handheld, and up to 5 lavaliere microphones.
        • LCD projector and projection screen.
      • Extra product may be placed beneath outreach table and restocked by Sponsor representatives. Products must be approved by New Hope Network Standards prior to event.
  • Post Show
    • Sponsor to receive scan data post-show for all Hosted Education Session attendees.
    • Sponsor to receive audio recording of Hosted Education Session.
    • New Hope Network content team to design a custom digital content program that could include post-show assets such as interactive infographics, videos, post-show email marketing campaigns.
      • Specific assets are determined in collaboration with partner.

Details:

  • Hosted Education Sessions may only be purchased in addition to a Custom Digital Content Program.
  • Session Location:
    • Hosted Education Sessions (except hemp related sessions) will be located in the Anaheim Marriott.
    • Hemp related Hosted Education Sessions will be located in the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort.
  • Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11-months from the event.
    • Last date to contract: Friday, January 31, 2020.
