Since participants make their hotel reservations during the online registration process, we have the knowledge of who is staying where, plus all of their demographics! Are you interested in connecting with attendees from a certain geographic area, or with specific job titles? Does your company want to reach not just attendees, but also certain types of exhibitors? Do you want to target attendees in a specific primary industry or with a specific primary business type? Good news – we have all of this information AND we know where they are staying! Simply tell us your targeted audience, provide the appropriate number of items, indicate where in the room you would like the item placed and select a date for the delivery.
