- The room drop will reach all SupplySide West participants within the following featured hotels:
- Mandalay Bay, The Delano, Luxor and Excalibur Hotels
- Sponsor to provide item to be delivered to guest rooms
- Item will be placed on the dresser below the TV
- Item must be one (1) complete piece and come pre-assembled (i.e., an assembled bag with multiple items inside)
- Show Management and/or hotel are not responsible for assembly of bundled items
- Item must be approved by Show Management before going into production
