Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Room Drop Date: Tuesday, November 1, 2022
• The room drop will reach 2,000 SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America participants (inclusive of visitors & exhibitors) within the following featured hotels:
  • Mandalay Bay and The Delano
• Sponsor to provide 2,000 items to be delivered to guest rooms
  • Item will be placed on your choice of the following: desk, dresser or nightstand
  • Item must be under 150 lbs. in shipment weight  
  • Item must be one (1) complete piece and come pre-assembled (i.e., an assembled bag with multiple items inside)
    • Show Management and/or hotel are not responsible for assembly of bundled items
  • Item must be approved by Show Management before going into production
