Opportunity Details
There are two types of meeting rooms:
  • Type 1: OCCC Meeting Rooms are hard-wall rooms located adjacent to the Exhibit Hall
  • Type 2: Modular Meeting Room
    • Built on the show floor which includes 10ft high sound resistant walls and a door w/ key pad lock.
    • Modular meeting rooms’ walls will be sound resistant and 10ft high. Door will have a key pad lock. Sizes vary.
    • Modular meeting room size start as small as 10×10 feet. Custom sizes can usually be accommodated.
    • Access to Modular Meeting Rooms is the same as exhibit floor hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM and Thu., 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
