Opportunity: NEXTY Lounge

Located next to SupplySide Central, the NEXTY Lounge serves as a gathering place for SupplySide West visitors and is equipped with seating and a full bar. It also houses the NEXTY SupplySide product showcase where attendees can view the NEXTY SupplySide award finalists.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Sponsor logo on NEXTY Lounge signage, located in the Expo Hall, Booth #5761
• NEXTY Lounge will be open during Expo Hall hours
• NEXTY Lounge will receive a call-out on floor map in the printed Show Guide with sponsor recognition
• Graphics within NEXTY Lounge with sponsor logo recognition
  • (1) Meter board with sponsor’s custom artwork placed in the NEXTY Lounge
  • (1) Distribution bin for sponsor to distribute a product sample or company branded item
    • Show Management or Sponsor can design distribution bin graphic panel
    • Sponsor is responsible for keeping distribution bin stocked / refilled throughout the show day(s) until product supply runs out
    • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and appropriate sample size
    • Item must be pre-approved by Show Management
• 50 drink tickets with sponsor logo provided for client distribution – each drink ticket is valid for one (1) complimentary beverage in the NEXTY Lounge
• Mobile app push notification on-site at the event promoting the NEXTY Lounge
