Opportunity: Nursing Lounges

Enhance your on-site exposure at Natural Products Expo West by sponsoring the Nursing Lounges! Unique opportunity to get in front of a targeted audience and highlight your brand. Have some fun building out the space to accommodate mothers and children and even have them try some of your product.

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
• Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of the Nursing Lounges.
  • Marketing pieces include: on-site signage, Natural Products Expo West website, Event App, and advertisements.*
• Show Management to provide 3 Nursing Lounges; 1 in the Anaheim Convention Center, 1 in the Anaheim Marriott and 1 in the Hilton Anaheim.
  • Includes:
    • Sponsor-branded signage and directionals
    • Private rooms for nursing mothers
    • Furniture
    • Mini refrigerators
    • Waste baskets
    • Light snacks and beverages that includes water, snacks, and fresh fruit
• Opportunity to incorporate product with the food and beverages provided.
• Opportunity to enhance Nursing Lounge Spaces. Examples include:
  • Additional décor pieces for room (pillows, rugs, etc.)
  • Toys or game area setup for children accompanying mothers
  • Supplies that could include nursing materials, diapers, wipes, etc.
