Sponsorship deliverables:

• Two 5’W x 10’H banners in high-traffic areas of the show with your company logo, booth number and official category
• One 8’ W x 4’ H booth extender in front of your booth with your company logo and official category
• Two digital kiosk ads with your company logo, booth number and official category located in high-traffic areas of the show
  • Digital kiosk is dedicated for all official category sponsor ads

• Display ad on brand websites with hyperlink to dedicated page on the show website promoting official category sponsor program
• Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition promoting all official category sponsors included in the following:
  • Dedicated page on the show website with company description and booth number 
  • Homepage on the show website
  • Homepage on the mobile app which hyperlinks to company profile
  • Pre-show email campaign to pre-registered attendees
  • Pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels
• A marketing performance report will be provided post-show

Official Category Sponsor – Enhanced

Sponsorship deliverables:

• Includes everything in $25,000 program, PLUS:
  • Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included in the following:
    • Dedicated ad (created by SupplySide) in What’s Hot Digital Magazine with your company logo, company description, booth number and official category
    • Dedicated pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels with your company logo and official category
    • Dedicated mobile app push notification with your custom message on the expo hall day of your choice
  • Reception at your booth for 1.5 hours on the date & time of your choice during Expo Hall hours, including 1 keg of domestic beer, 10 bottles of house cabernet and 10 bottles of house chardonnay
    • Booth receptions will be included in marketing promotions
    • Attendant(s) at the booth to serve beverages for duration of the reception
    • Custom napkins with your 1 or 2-color company logo
    • Digital ad with sponsor logo recognition and your custom message promoting the reception
      • Digital kiosk includes all booth reception sponsor ads and will be in a high-traffic area of the show
    • A photographer will visit your booth during the reception to capture photos of the event which will be shared within one week post-show
