Details:

  • Pedicabs to be available as a complimentary service to Newtopia Now attendees.
  • 1 Custom Branded Private Rental Pedicab.
    • 1 Side Panel of graphics to be reserved for Show Management branding.
  • Option to provide branded merch for Pedicab driver to wear.
  • Option for Passive Sampling Opportunity – no need to provide any additional staff, driver will distribute samples from the Pedicab.
    • Quantity requested: 200 prepackaged samples.
    • Opportunity limited to one product line and up to three flavors.
    • Samples must be ready to consume without cooking nor preparation. Frozen products not permitted.
  • Pedicab to run as a paid service with Sponsor graphics the month of August throughout Denver.
  • Artwork Deadline: July 11, 2026
    • Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
