Details: 

• Pickleball will take place on Thursday, August 21 and Friday, August 22 at the Colorado Convention Center.   
  • Date and location subject to change. 
• Option for Passive Sampling Opportunity – no need to provide any additional staff! 
  • Quantity requested: 200 prepackaged samples. 
  • Opportunity limited to one product line and up to three flavors. 
  • Samples must be ready to consume without cooking nor preparation. 
  • Product can be ambient, frozen or refrigerated. 
  • Opportunity to submit product one-pager to be placed next to samples, allowing attendees to learn more about your product and company.  
• Logo inclusion: 
  • Pre-show: Your logo prominently featured on all pre-event promotional materials promoting Pickleball, including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, the show website, and the show agenda. 
  • Onsite: Sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed on onsite signage for Pickleball. Signage includes entrance signage and branding on one half of the court and barriers. Branded Pickleball paddles provided.  
  • Option to provide other onsite marketing items (ie. Towels, sweat bands) within event space with approval by Show Management.
