Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

  • Recognition as a Gold Sponsor. 
  • 8’x25’ ft. Charging Lounge space in the high traffic Hall D lobby of the Anaheim Convention Center.
  • New Hope Network to provide space, along with:
    • Lounge furniture for attendees, client meetings and area esthetic, including:
      • 2 custom branded charging tables
      • Chairs
      • Couches
      • Grass hedges
    • A welcome meter board sign.
    • Daily cleaning service.
  • Option to bring promotional items.
    • Sponsor will be responsible for the replenishment, material handling and drayage with GES.
  • Sponsor has the opportunity to customize space upon show management approval.
    • Examples include: promotional items, demos on iPad, Sponsor branded floral, etc.
    • New Hope Network to help facilitate, but Sponsor is financially responsible for additional customization.
    • Extra security, oversight and staffing is not available.

Details:

  • Final activation plans must be approved by Show Management.
    • No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
  • Charging Lounge available for use during ACC Main Tradeshow floor exhibit hours:
    • Thursday & Friday 9:30am – 6:00pm
    • Saturday 9:30am – 4:00pm
  • Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
    • Artwork deadline: Friday, January 28, 2022.
  • Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from the event.
    • Last date to contract:  Friday, January 21, 2022.
  • Non-exclusive sponsorship opportunity.
