Opportunity: Relaxation Lounge

Tradeshows can be hard on the body - what better way to thank attendees for walking the floor by being a part of the Relaxation Lounge. Interact with Natural Products Expo East attendees by providing a free massage and some nourishing information on your great brand!

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
• Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of the Relaxation Lounge.
  
  • The Lounge is open for free attendee massages Thursday, September 28 – Saturday, October 1, 2022.
• Massage stations and massage therapists provided by Show Management to provide free massages for attendees during trade show floor hours.
  • Opportunity to provide branded apparel for massage therapists.
• 6′ table provided for literature and/or product inside 10’x10′ sponsor outreach area.
  • Storage/deliveries are not available for this sponsorship so please note excess product is limited to fit underneath a 6’ table.
• Opportunity to staff the Relaxation Lounge with up to (2) company representatives.
• Carpet provided within the full space to increase the comfort of attendees enjoying the space.

Details:

• Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork deadline: Friday, September 2, 2022.
• Storage and restocking labor is not included.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, August 26, 2022.
