Opportunity: Wellness Lounge

Trade shows can be hard on the body - what better way to thank attendees for walking the floor by being a part of the Wellness Lounge. Interact with Natural Products Expo West attendees by providing a free wellness service and some nourishing information on your great brand!

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
• Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of the Wellness Lounge.
• Wellness therapists to provide free services for attendees during Anaheim Convention Center main trade show floor hours.
  • Opportunity to provide branded apparel for  therapists.
  • Services provided by Show Management.
• Sponsor Logo and booth number printed on compostable clear cups. Infused water for Wellness Lounge attendees provided by Show Management.
• 6’x6′ activation space provided in Wellness Lounge for demonstration and/or outreach area.
  • 6′ table, two chairs, and electricity provided.
  • Opportunity for up to 2 Company representatives to staff the Wellness Lounge activation space.

Details:

• Storage and restocking labor is not included.
  • Excess product is limited to fit underneath 6′ table in activation space.
• Any build out of the activation space will need prior show management approval.
• The Wellness Lounge location is TBD.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, January 19, 2024.
