Opportunity: Relaxation Lounge Sponsorship

Trade shows can be hard on the body - what better way to thank attendees for walking the floor by being a part of the Relaxation Lounge. Interact with Natural Products Expo West attendees by providing a free massage and some nourishing information on your great brand!

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
• Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of the Relaxation Lounge.
• Massage stations and massage therapists to provide free massages for attendees during Anaheim Convention Center main trade show floor hours.
  • Opportunity to provide branded apparel for massage therapists.
  • Massage therapists provided by Show Management.
• Sponsor Logo and booth number printed on compostable clear cups. Infused water for Relaxation Lounge attendees provided by Show Management.
• 6′ table provided for literature and/or product for sponsor outreach area.
  • Opportunity for up to 2 Company representatives to staff the Relaxation Lounge.

Details:

• Storage and restocking labor is not included.
  • Excess product is limited to fit underneath 6′ table in outreach space.
• The Relaxation Lounge is located in the Lobby of the ACC. The Lounge is open Thursday, March 10, 2022 – Saturday, March 12, 2022.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11-months from event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, January 21, 2022.
