Marketing Opportunity Inclusions:
- Send (1) 2 oz. sample size or one piece of literature (brochure, invitation or flyer) to be inserted into each official Natural Products Expo East show bag.
- Option to combine a product sample and literature as one insert, upon Show Management approval.
- Show bags containing inserts distributed at registration locations throughout Natural Products Expo East campus.
- Pratt Street Entrance of the Baltimore Convention Center, Charles St Entrance of the Baltimore Convention Center, and the Baltimore Hilton.
- Quantity of bags is 10,000.
- Product must be stable in a non-temperature controlled storage space.
- Product or literature must be approved by New Hope Network standards team.
- Last date to contract: Friday, August 9, 2019.
- Last date for shipments to arrive in Baltimore: Friday, August 9, 2019.
