Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

  • Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
  • 10’W x 10’D x 12’H space to distribute product samples in:
    • The Grand Hall, one of two main Natural Products Expo East entrances.
      • Spaces include (1) 6′ table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket.
  • Electricity and labor for product delivery and storage included.
    • Refrigerated storage and material handling fees/drayage are not included.


  • Brand presence must be in place during all sampling station hours:
    • Wednesday, September 23 from Noon – 6:00pm (brand presence complete for Harvest Festival)
    • Thursday, September 24 from 9:00am – 6:00pm
    • Friday, September 25 from 9:00am – 6:00pm
    • Saturday, September 26 from 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • Frozen product not permitted due to storage restrictions within the Grand Hall.
  • No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
  • Can use a pop-up tent.
    • Custom build sampling stations must be approved by show management for set up and weight restrictions.
  • Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from the event.
    • Last date to contract: Friday, September 10, 2021.

  • Highlighted as Gold sponsor, 25% larger logo than Silver, and listed after Platinum sponsor in all marketing pieces including: Onsite Signage, Website, Attendee Brochure*, Show Directory Map*, and Advertisements*.
