Opportunity: Scavenger hunt

Looking for ways to attract attendees to your booth? GET IN THE GAME! We are hosting a scavenger hunt that will motivate attendees to explore the show floor to earn points for a chance to win $1,000! Participating exhibitors will be featured in our mobile app as a location to visit. Attendees will scan a QR code in your booth to verify they stopped by and they will be captured and sent to you as leads.

Sponsorship deliverables:

• A unique QR code with your company logo will be displayed at your booth for attendees to scan to be entered to win a $1,000 Visa gift card
  • Gift card winner will be randomly selected after the show and notified via email
  • Attendees must scan every QR code in order to be entered into the drawing for the gift card 
  • Leaderboard of participating attendees displayed within the mobile app
• Floor sticker placed at your booth indicating your participation in the scavenger hunt
• Sponsor to receive leads of those who participated in the scavenger hunt within one week post-show
  • Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins

Marketing deliverables:

• Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included in the following:
  • Events and show features page on the show website
  • ‘Know before you go’ email sent to total participants the week before the show
  • Daily schedule emails sent to total participants during the show including other relevant show information
  • Pre-show social media post on all SupplySide social channels
• Mobile app includes dedicated button for scavenger hunt participation details including your company name and booth number
