• No pop-up banners, marketing materials, furniture, or storage of items permitted outside the room
• Security will be provided with a list of meeting room company names for entry into the expo hall. Set up hours for the meeting room are from 8-10am on October 29 & 30. Meetings with attendees are prohibited during these set-up hours and attendees will be allowed in when the expo hall opens.
