Opportunity: Sunscreen Stations

We are so lucky to hold this show in the beautiful and sunny Anaheim, CA. Help our out of town friends who probably left their sunscreen behind (or even some veteran attendees) by sponsoring sunscreen stations around the Natural Products Expo West show campus!

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• (18) 1’x1’ locations provided throughout the Natural Products Expo West campus surrounding the Anaheim Convention Center for Sponsor to display sponsor-branded dispensers with sunscreen product.
  • Sunscreen dispensers to be placed in key outdoor locations throughout the NPEW campus including: Grand Plaza, Palm Court, and Arena Plaza.

Details:

• Sponsor to provide physical dispensers and sunscreen product for attendee use. Sponsor responsible for product replenishment throughout the 4 day trade show.
  • Dispenser branding subject to New Hope Network Standards approval.
• No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11-months from the event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, January 31, 2020.
