Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

  • Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule included on show website
  • Supplier Presentation Theater schedule & presentation details will be promoted in dedicated email to pre-registered visitors, including sponsor logo recognition
  • Supplier Presentation Theater will be promoted in email promotions to pre-registered and potential visitors, including other relevant show information
  • Sponsor will be provided with an information kit that contains helpful details to prepare for the presentation, along with helpful tools to promote and market your presentation to drive attendance

On-Site

  • Speaking opportunity in a presentation format at one of the Supplier Presentation Theaters, located on the show floor
    • Seating capacity for 50 people within each Supplier Presentation Theater
  • Theaters will include basic A/V package: podium with microphone, clip-on microphone and TV monitor
  • Mobile badge scanner utilized to capture contact information of participants attending your presentation
  • Presentation schedule with sponsor logo recognition included on signage outside the Supplier Presentation Theaters
  • Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule included in Show Directory
  • Supplier Presentation Theater will be promoted within the Show Directory, including sponsor logo recognition
  • Call-out with location on the expo hall map within the Show Directory
  • Supplier Presentation Theater schedule & presentation details will be promoted within the agenda of the show mobile app, including sponsor logo recognition
    • Sponsor may provide supporting literature to include in the mobile app for attendees to download
  • Sponsor logo recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting the Supplier Presentation Theater
  • Push notification(s) within the show mobile app promoting the Supplier Presentation Theater

Post-Show

  • Sponsor to receive list of presentation participants with complete contact information, excluding those who have opted out of Informa’s privacy policy*

50-minute Presentation: $7,000

ADD-ON: Virtual Component ($2,000 per 20-minute session; $3,000 per 50-minute session)

  • Sponsor will receive an .mp4 video file of your recorded presentation within 2 weeks after the show
  • Your recorded presentation will be available in the On-Demand Library on SupplySide Network 365 within 2 weeks after the show
