These 20-minute sessions located in the Supplier Presentation Theater give you an opportunity to speak to visitors about your science, products and marketing findings. Located on the show floor, these presentations are free for all SupplySide West participants to attend. Book your spot today!

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Seminar location provided in a Supplier Presentation Theater, located on the show floor
• Seating capacity for 50 people
• Basic A/V package to include podium with microphone, clip-on microphone, LCD projector, and projector screen
• Mobile badge scanner provided to capture contact information of industry executives attending your seminar – leads will be sent to the sponsor post-show
• Sponsor will be provided with a kit that contains helpful information to prepare for the presentation, along with helpful tools to promote and market your session to drive attendance
• Presentation details will be promoted on SupplySide West website, Expo Preview and within mobile app – signed contract and presentation details (presentation title, session time and sponsor logo) to be received no later than June 14, 2019 to be included in Expo Preview
• Supplier presentation title and sponsor logo included within brochure distributed on-site, dedicated to Supplier Presentation Theater
• SupplySide West Supplier Presentations will be promoted to pre-registered visitors in emails with other relevant show information
• Full page ad in Attendee Guidebook promoting all Supplier Presentation Theater sponsors (signed contract no later than September 13, 2019 to be included in Attendee Guidebook)
• Sponsor recognition and presentation details included on on-site signage for the Supplier Presentation Theater
