Opportunity: SupplySide 365 Lounge

If you’re not already a member, SupplySide Network 365 is the official online community, networking, and content hub of SupplySide. This year’s SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America event will feature a SupplySide Network 365-branded lounge located on the show floor. This lounge will be promoted as a place to utilize the SupplySide Network 365 platform to find suppliers and service providers, but also to network with colleagues, take a break from a long day on the tradeshow floor, or to charge mobile devices.

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• SupplySide 365 Lounge is located in the expo hall, Booth #7053 and will be open during expo hall hours
• Designated space within the SupplySide 365 Lounge reserved for the SupplySide Studio
• SupplySide 365 Lounge will include two digital kiosks dedicated to the SupplySide Network 365 product/ingredient directory
• SupplySide 365 Lounge will include charging units to allow visitors to power up their devices
• Sponsor logo recognition on SupplySide 365 Lounge hanging banner
• Sponsor logo recognition on tent cards placed on tabletops throughout the SupplySide 365 Lounge
• One (1) double-sided meter board ad with sponsor’s custom artwork placed in SupplySide 365 Lounge
• One (1) distribution bin with your custom artwork to distribute a product sample or company branded item
  • Custom artwork will be on all 5 panels of bin; each panel can be different graphics
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size
  • Item must be pre-approved by Show Management
  • SupplySide encourages sponsor to distribute literature digitally, both as a means of sustainability efforts and reducing health & safety risks
• SupplySide 365 Lounge will receive a call-out with sponsor logo recognition on the printed expo hall map within the Show Guide
