Opportunity: SupplySide Lounge

The SupplySide Lounge serves as a gathering place for visitors to recharge and converse about their brands. Offer these visitors a place to connect with their peers, charge their devices, and take a break, by sponsoring the SupplySide Lounge!

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• SupplySide Lounge is located inside the expo hall and will be open during expo hall hours
• SupplySide Lounge will provide seating areas and charging tables to allow visitors to power up their devices
  • Upgrade option: Two (2) charging tables with custom cling of your design
• Sponsor logo recognition on SupplySide Lounge hanging banner outside of the lounge
• Sponsor logo recognition on tent cards placed on tables within the lounge
• One (1) 6′ W x 4.5′ H wall cling with your custom artwork inside the lounge
• One (1) distribution bin with your custom artwork to distribute a product sample or company-branded item
  • If the product is food or beverage, it must be single-serve and approved sample size
  • Item must be pre-approved by Show Management
• One (1) ad with your custom artwork on the digital kiosk at the SupplySide Lounge
  • Digital kiosk will rotate ad images at regular intervals with other SupplySide ads

• Promotion with sponsor logo recognition in the Show Directory
• A call-out on the Expo Hall map in the Show Directory with sponsor logo recognition
• Sponsor logo recognition in daily schedule emails during SupplySide East including relevant show information
• Push-notification in the show app with sponsor text recognition on each morning of the Expo Hall days
