Sponsorship Deliverables:

  • A professional DJ will entertain attendees and liven up the show
  • Dates/Times:
    • November 8th from 9am – 5:30pm
    • November 9th from 9am – 5pm
  • DJ will be located in the Bayside Foyer, the main corridor that attendees use to enter and exit the expo hall
  • Behind the DJ booth is a 10’ W x 10’ H wall banner with custom sponsor artwork
  • Sponsor can provide a giveaway to be distributed at DJ booth driving traffic to their booth
  • DJ location will receive a call-out on the expo hall floor plan with sponsor recognition
