• The Hosted Buyers Welcome Event is scheduled to occur Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 7:05pm. The Baltimore Orioles take on the LA Dodgers. Camden Yards is located 1 block from the Baltimore Convention Center.
• Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork deadline: Friday, August 16, 2019.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from event.
