Opportunity: VIP Lounge

Returning for the fourth year, the VIP Lounge is a dedicated area for 300+ of SupplySide West’s leading professionals to have meetings, get business done or take a quick coffee and snack break. The VIP Lounge will offer all-day coffee, plus soda, water and snacks each day. As the sponsor of the Lounge, VIP attendees will have you to thank for the much needed pick-me up.

Who will be in the VIP Lounge?

• 300 of our top finished product manufacturers in Corporate Management, Research & Development, Product Development, Purchasing & Marketing Executives
• Companies such as: Herbalife, Beachbody, Pharmavite, RB, Chattem, Dole Fresh Vegetable, Frito Lay, GNC, Shaklee, The Clorox Company, Whole Foods Market, and more…

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• Email invitations to attend are being sent to our VIP list and will say that VIP Lounge is sponsored by your company
• Once a VIP confirms they will attend, they will get an email shortly before the show reminding them of all the VIP services, and sponsor(s) will also be named in this email

On-Site

• VIP Lounge, Booth #4323 will be open on Thursday 11/8, 9am – 5:30pm and Friday 11/9, 9am – 5pm
• Sponsor(s) logo(s) on VIP Lounge structure signage
• All Food & Beverage in VIP Lounge will be promoted as “Brought to you by (our sponsor(s))”
• 1 or 2-color company logo on napkins at Food & Beverage stations
• Company logo on hot and cold cups for beverages
• Opportunity for custom branding within VIP Lounge to promote your message
• VIP Lounge will receive a call-out on floor map in the printed Show Guide with sponsor(s) recognition
• Sponsor(s) can provide literature or promotional items that will be distributed in VIP Lounge
• Bags with sponsor(s) logo(s) will be distributed to all VIPs upon entering lounge
  • Sponsor(s) may contribute an insert in the bag or branded finished product such as pen, lip balm, highlighter, etc.
• Vitality Kits will be offered to all VIPs upon entering lounge
• Sponsor(s) logo(s) on VIP Lounge admission tickets given to attendees with their badge
• Social media wall within VIP Lounge promoting your social media channels
