Opportunity: Vitality Kit

Trade shows, particularly those in Las Vegas, have a way of wearing people down. Sore feet, late nights, tired voices, upset stomachs…you get the picture. At SupplySide West, the official SupplySide Vitality Kit will be distributed to attendees from a custom Vitality Kit station located in a high traffic area. This kit will provide helpful products that contain the industry’s finest ingredients and showcase the applications in which they can be used. These will include dietary supplements, topical/personal care products, liquids and more…

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Sponsor ingredient/material included in vitality related product, formulated, manufactured and tested by Herbally Yours
• Finished products will be contained in a SupplySide Vitality Kit, which will include the following:
  • Sponsor logo on exterior kit case
  • Pamphlet describing products and sponsoring company ingredient/material, booth number and contact information
• 3,500 Vitality Kits to be distributed to SupplySide West attendees
  • Majority of kits distributed at a custom designed kiosk
    • Sponsor company logos will be displayed on kiosk
    • Vitality Kits will be handed out by a hired attendant
  • A portion of vitality kits will be available for distribution at sponsors’ booths
    • Sponsor must distribute full unopened kit.
    • Additional individual product can be ordered with Herbally Yours to distribute at the show.
  • A portion of vitality kits will be offered to all VIPs as they check in at the VIP Lounge
• 2’ x 4’ custom designed “Vitality Kit Sponsor” floor sticker will be placed in front of sponsor booths indicating their participation
• Vitality Kit Kiosk and sponsoring company booth locations will receive a call-out on official floor plan in Expo Show Guide

• Sponsor logo in print ad in Nov/Dec INSIDER promoting the 6th annual kit
• Sponsor recognition in What’s Hot digital magazine article about vitality kit and products
• Template press release to go out to each sponsor for their promotion efforts
