Opportunity: Wi-Fi Sponsor

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Provide SupplySide East visitors and exhibitors with the convenience of wireless internet at the show!

Pre-Show Deliverables

• Acknowledgement in final confirmation email sent to registered visitors and exhibitors the week prior to the show

On-Site Deliverables

• Wi-Fi throughout entire Meadowlands Convention Center, including Lobby Area and Expo Hall
• Wi-Fi Network name to incorporate sponsor name/product name (of sponsor’s choice) along with SSE (for example: SSE-SPONSORNAME)
• Once user selects Wi-Fi Network, they are redirected to a website landing page of sponsor’s choice
• Sponsor logo included on signage in Expo Hall and Registration area with Wi-Fi login instructions
• Sponsor recognition included on Wi-Fi instruction cards given to visitors when picking up their badge
• Wi-Fi login instructions with sponsor logo in Show Guide, distributed to all attendees
• Sponsor may provide Literature to be distributed in the lobby area during the Show
• Daily app notifications (copy provided by sponsor) will be sent out to all app users both days of the expo hall
  • Sponsor to provide headline and description for each notification – we recommend including your company name and booth number
• Email sent to visitors the morning the trade show opens will include Wi-Fi login instructions, company logo and a hyperlink to sponsor’s landing page of choice
  • Email will include other relevant show information
