Sponsorship deliverables:
- Wi-Fi available for all show participants throughout the Expo Hall and education area
- Wi-Fi network name will be reserved for SupplySide Global
- Sponsor logo recognition on splash page once the network is selected and where the password is entered
- Wi-Fi login password to be determined by sponsor to brand company name. Password must be at least 8 characters
- Once user has entered password, they will be redirected to a landing page of sponsor’s choice – sponsor to provide URL
- If desired, sponsor to provide their own tracking link in the URL or embedded pixel for external tracking
- Sponsor logo recognition on signage in high-traffic areas of the show with Wi-Fi login instructions
- Sponsor may provide literature to be distributed at the Info Desks
- Literature must be pre-approved by SupplySide show management
Marketing deliverables:
- Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included in the following:
- Final registration confirmation email sent to all pre-registered participants within the week before the show
- Daily schedule emails sent to total participants during the show including other relevant show information
- Push notification in the mobile app promoting wi-fi login details
- Wi-Fi login details will be available through the official chatbot of SupplySide Global for all show participants to text with questions
