Opportunity: Yoga

Help visitors get a balanced start to their day by sponsoring morning yoga classes, available each day before the opening of the SupplySide West and Food ingredients North America expo hall.

Date/Time: October 29 & 30 from 7:30 – 8:30am

Sponsorship Deliverables:

Pre-Show

• Yoga will be promoted within the schedule as a show feature
• Sponsorship recognition on dedicated landing page within schedule on show website with yoga registration link
• Dedicated registration page where visitors can register to attend – pre-registration will be monitored by Show Management with regular attendance updates to sponsor
• One (1) pre-event dedicated email will be sent to all pre-registered visitors & exhibitors promoting yoga with the registration link 
• Additional promotional emails to pre-registered participants with helpful information about attending the show will also promote yoga with the registration link 
• Yoga will be promoted within Show Guide which is distributed at the show

On-Site

• Yoga will take place both mornings of the expo hall (October 29 & 30), prior to the expo hall opening, from 7:30 – 8:30am
• A trained yoga instructor will lead visitors through an hour-long yoga class
• Mats will be provided by the yoga instructor
• Water will be available within yoga space
• Sponsor recognition in social media post on LinkedIn and Twitter promoting Yoga
• Directional signage and a check-in sign with sponsor logo
• Two (2) single-sided meter boards within the yoga space – sponsor can design graphics for each meter board
  • Artwork Details
    • Size: 38” wide x 84” tall (Bleed: Add .25” on each side)
    • Do not place artwork close to the edge of the Meter Board
    • Artwork must be placed at least 6” up from the bottom to allow for placement in meter board stand
    • Please continue background color to the bottom of the meter board.
  • Each yoga participant will receive:
    • Yoga bag with one-color sponsor logo
    • 17 oz double wall stainless steel thermal water bottle with sponsor logo

Post-Show

• Marketing metrics will be provided post show
