Opportunity: Workout: Saturday Morning Yoga Sponsorship

Help attendees begin their day centered, by leading morning yoga classes or the early morning workout. An intimate sponsorship that allows you to provide your own yoga/workout instructor and create a spiritual space for participants!

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of Saturday Morning Yoga.
  • Marketing pieces include: On-site signage, Natural Products Expo West website, Digital Attendee Brochure*, Show Directory Map* and advertisements*.
• Space provided on the Grand Plaza to hold up to a 90-minute yoga or workout session.
• Option to use a pop up tent or other onsite marketing/display items within event space with approval by Show Management.
• (1) 6′ table provided for literature and product sampling inside event space.
• (2) scrim banners, 1 on either side of the stage, featuring Sponsor-branded graphics to promote your brand’s sponsorship of the event.
• Show Management to provide coffee, tea, water and fresh fruit for participants.
  • Sponsor option to decline these provisions.

Details:

• Saturday Morning Yoga is scheduled to occur on the Grand Plaza on Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 7:30 – 9:00am.
  • Outreach exclusive to the date, location and times noted above.
  • Exact time of day and location subject to change.
• Sponsor to provide instructor, mats and any other required equipment for event.
• Scrim Banners: Sponsor to provide artwork.  All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork deadline: Friday, January 28, 2022.
• Refrigerated/frozen storage and material handling fees/drayage are not included.
• Sponsor sampling and branding plan subject to New Hope Network Show Management approval.
  • No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11-months from the event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, January 21, 2022.
• Exclusive sponsorship opportunity on Saturday morning.
