Opportunity: Workout: Wednesday Morning Yoga Sponsorship

Help attendees begin their day centered, by leading morning yoga classes or early morning workout. An intimate sponsorship that allows you to provide your own yoga/workout instructor and create a spiritual space for participants.

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of Wednesday Morning Yoga.
  • Marketing pieces include: on-site signage, Natural Products Expo West website, Digital Attendee Brochure*, Show Directory Map* and advertisements*.
• Space provided on the Grand Plaza to hold up to a 90-minute yoga or workout session.
• Option to use a pop up tent or other onsite marketing items within event space with approval by Show Management.
• (1) 6′ table provided for literature and product sampling inside event space.
• (2) scrim banners, 1 on either side of the stage, featuring Sponsor-branded graphics to promote your brand’s sponsorship of the event.
• Show Management to provide coffee, tea, water and fresh fruit for participants.
  • Sponsor option to decline these provisions.

• Wednesday Morning Yoga is scheduled to occur on the Grand Plaza on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 from 7:30 – 9:00am.
  • Outreach exclusive to the date, location and times noted above.
  • Exact time of day and location subject to change.
• Sponsor to provide instructor, mats and any other required equipment for event.
• Scrim Banners: Sponsor to provide artwork. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork deadline: Friday, January 27, 2023.
• Refrigerated/frozen storage and material handling fees/drayage are not included.
• Sponsor sampling and branding plan subject to New Hope Network Show Management approval.
  • No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11-months from the event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, January 20, 2023.
• Exclusive sponsorship opportunity on Wednesday morning.
