Sponsorship deliverables:
- Yoga will take place both mornings of the expo hall prior to the show floor opening, allowing up to 100 registrants per day
- A trained yoga instructor will lead attendees through an hour-long yoga class
- Mats, water and towels will be available within the yoga space
- Each yoga participant will receive:
- Yoga bag with one-color sponsor logo
- Reusable water bottle with one-color sponsor logo
- Program promotion with sponsor logo recognition included in the following:
- Directional signage and a check-in sign
- Dedicated form for attendees to pre-register for yoga
- Pre-registration will be monitored by SupplySide show management, providing regular attendance updates as requested by sponsor
- Two single-sided meter boards with your custom artwork located within the yoga space
- Sponsor will receive photos from the event within one week post-show
- Sponsor to receive list of pre-registered and scanned show participants with complete contact information within one week post-show
- Sponsorship program must be paid in full before lead delivery begins
