Opportunity: Workout: Friday Morning

Help attendees begin their day energized by sponsoring the Friday Morning Workout before the show floor opens! This intimate sponsorship allows you to connect with attendees in an exciting activation while creating a sampling space for participants to enjoy your brand.

Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor.
• Your Sponsor logo will appear with all promotions of the Friday Morning Workout.
  • Marketing pieces include: on-site signage, Natural Products Expo East website, Attendee Brochure*, Show Directory Map* and advertisements*.
• New Hope Network to organize Morning Workout and hire instructor.
• Opportunity to build out attendee experience during the Friday Morning Workout. Examples include:
  • Sponsor product sampling.
  • Sponsor-branded workout equipment or relevant promotional item.
  • Pop-up tents, retractable banners and other branding ideas.
  • Interactive displays.
  • Option for Show Management to provide:
    • Coffee, tea, water and fresh fruit for attendees.
    • 6′ table for literature and promotional products.
    • Electricity, labor for product delivery and dry storage.
• (2) LED Sponsor-branded screens.
  • Featured on both sides of the stage during the Friday Morning workout.

Details:

• Friday Morning Workout is scheduled to occur in the Grand Hall on Friday, September 25, 2020 from 7:30 – 9:00am.
  • Exact location, instructor and time of day subject to change.
• Show management to provide instructor, and any other required equipment.
• Sponsor sampling and branding plan subject to New Hope Network Show Management approval.
  • No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. For more information, please reference the Code of Conduct.
• Refrigerated/frozen storage and material handling fees/drayage are not included.
• Sponsor to provide stage banner artwork. Show Management to produce banners. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork deadline: Friday, August 21, 2020.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure, contract 11 months from the event.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, August 14, 2020.
