Opportunity: Hosted Buyers Bag Inserts

Welcome Hosted Buyers to Natural Products Expo East by inserting a product sample or literature piece (brochure, invitation, or flyer) into the exclusive Hosted Buyer show bags. The buyers will pick up their bags first thing when they arrive at the show so take advantage of the opportunity to wow them!

Marketing Opportunity Inclusions:

• One 2 oz. sample size or one piece of literature (brochure, invitation or flyer) to be inserted into each Hosted Buyer’s official Natural Products Expo East show bag.
  • Option to combine a product sample and literature as one insert, upon Show Management approval.
• Bags distributed check-in at the Hosted Buyer Lounge.
  • 250 bags to be filled and given to Hosted Buyers.

Details:

• Limited to 1 insert per bag: marketing materials attached to product samples are subject to Show Management approval.
  • Product must be stable in a non-temperature controlled storage.
  • All products and content are subject to approval by New Hope Network Standards.
• Last date to contract: Friday, August 4, 2023.
• Last date for shipments to arrive in Philadelphia: Friday, August 11, 2023.
• Non-exclusive marketing opportunity.
