In our continued pursuit of sustainability, our show bags will now be made from 100% recycled materials and sourced from Chico Bag, a company that is proudly B Corp Certified, Climate Neutral Certified and 1% for the Planet. Our goal is to provide a show bag that makes a lasting impact on attendees, not the environment. • Recognition as a Platinum Sponsor for both Natural Products Expo West and Expo East.
• Sponsor-branded artwork on both sides of the official show bag of both Natural Products Expo West and East.
• New Hope Network will use lower left corner of bag for show branding.
• 40,000 bags distributed between Natural Products Expo West and Expo East registration sites and badge pick-up locations.
• (1) 2 oz. sample size or one piece of literature (brochure, invitation or flyer) to be inserted into each show bag at both shows.
• Sponsor’s logo featured on NPEW Sustainability and NPEE Sustainability webpages and in the onsite sustainability kiosks for supporting sustainable material procurement program.

  • Last date for shipments to arrive in Anaheim: Friday, January 18, 2023.
• Natural Products Expo East: 15,000 bags
  • Last date for shipments to arrive in Philadelphia: Friday, August 18, 2023.
• Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork deadline: Friday, September 30, 2022.
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received.
  • Last date to contract: Friday, September 23, 2022.
