Opportunity: Tasting Bar

The Tasting Bar is a free-to-attend attraction that enables visitors to see, touch and sample the latest functional foods and beverages. If your company has a retail-ready or prototype functional food or beverage, participate in this great feature on the show floor! All you have to do is provide the finished product – we will handle the preparation of your product into sample sizes and distribution to visitors.

Tasting Bar product must first be submitted for approval by SupplySide Show Management via the Tasting Bar Submission Form

Sponsorship Deliverables:

• Tasting Bar will be open for sampling October 25 & 26 during expo hall hours, located in Food ingredients North America on the show floor
  • One area will be dedicated to food samples and one area will be dedicated to beverage samples
  • SupplySide Show Management will provide all food-prep items and temp staffing for preparation and distribution
• Sponsor to provide a total of 1,200 (2oz.) food samples or 1,200 (1oz.) beverage samples
• Your food or beverage product will be on display with a product information card including your company logo and/or product logo, product name, product description, booth number and dietary / allergen restrictions
  • Visitors can read about your sample, taste it and then visit your booth to learn more

Marketing Inclusions:

• Sponsor logo recognition within the schedule on the show website
• Show feature promotion with sponsor logo recognition in the Show Directory
• Sponsor logo recognition in email promotions sent to pre-registered & potential visitors including other relevant show information 
• Sponsor logo recognition in a pre-show social media post on SupplySide social channels
• Show feature promotion with sponsor recognition in the show app
• Push-notification in the show app promoting the show feature

This sponsorship does not meet the minimal spend at list price to receive sponsor benefits.
