Sponsorship Opportunity Inclusions:

• 2 Sponsor-branded public meeting pods, available to all attendees, located in the Philadelphia Convention Center, Hall C/D Lobby.
• Opportunity to fully customize 8 outward facing pod headers (4 headers per pod).
  • Artwork Specs: 57 13/16″W X 22 1/8″ H
• Meeting Pods available for use:
  • Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm 
  • Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm 
  • Saturday 9:00am – 4:00pm 

Details: 

• Two Meeting Pods: $10,000 – Silver Sponsorship
• Four Meeting Pods: $20,000 – Gold Sponsorship
• Sponsor to provide artwork. Show Management to produce graphics. All artwork is subject to approval by New Hope Standards.
  • Artwork deadline: Friday, August 18, 2023. 
• Sponsorship recognition begins once contract is received.
  • Last date to contract:  Friday, August 11, 2023.
