Opportunity: Distribution Area

This sponsorship is all about direct contact with attendees! Hand out samples or literature as attendees travel throughout the Baltimore Convention Center. A chance for a one-on-one moment away from the bustle of the show floor.

Inclusions With This Opportunity:

• Recognition as a Silver Sponsor.
• 3′ x 3′ space provided in high traffic, lobby location to hand out samples and/or literature.
  • Space denoted by a 3′ x 3′ floor graphic featuring Sponsor name and booth number.
• (2) company representatives permitted to staff  designated distribution area.

Opportunity Details:

• Storage space available in nearby location, but not included in distribution area sponsorship. Restocking labor not included.
• No bags or lanyards are allowed to be handed out with product samples and/or literature.
• Recognition begins once contract is received. For maximum exposure contract 11 months from the event. Last date to contract: August 24, 2018.
• Non-exclusive sponsorship.
